Welcome to Kassikäppa Villa – a cozy, homey place ideal for events, parties, and peaceful holidays. In our courtyard, you will find barbecue areas, a summer pool for refreshment, and a comfortable outdoor kitchen so you can create memorable moments with friends and family.

The villa is located just a few kilometers from the center of Haapsalu. A bus stop and a fitness trail are right next to us, so you can easily get to cafes and galleries.

Our peaceful location makes it an ideal retreat during large events when you want to escape the noise and relax at night.

The Männi Holiday House is a short walk from the centre of Haapsalu. The house with its beautiful garden is located on a quiet side street and is perfect for a family vacation. In addition to the rooms, the house has a spacious recreation room with a kitchen nook and balcony where you can have your coffee on summer mornings. The beach and Paralepa Forest Park are only 2 km away.

We are located at the most Noth-Western tip of Continental Estonia, 1.2 km from the Dirhami port. We are less than a 1.5-hour car ride away from Tallinn.

The Villa stands next to the sea in a pine forest. There are excellent conditions for swimming and sunbathing on the seashore. The beach is solitary to delight holidaymakers that enjoy privacy. The closest neighbours are 1.2 km away from the Villa.

On Cape Põõsaspea, about 1 km from the Villa, there is a bird watching tower. It is the best-known bird watching site in Estonia, for the most migratory birds pass it through. 

If you are fond of the seaside with a tender breeze coming from the bay, coastal meadows, sea birds and the setting sun, and you wish to spend your vacation at some idyllic place like this, you are welcome at the Tuulingu Holiday House. Tuulingu Holiday House is situated on the northern shore of Matsalu Bay, the holiday house has been built into a more than one-hundred-year-old grain dryer. The building has bedrooms, a fireplace room, a kitchen, and a sauna complex. Interesting to know: the unique surroundings of the house has caused the use of natural materials, the thatched roof of the stone-wall house is built of self-harvested reed from the bay.

The Hermannuse Maja Guesthouse is located next to the Haapsalu Episcopal Castle, right at the heart of Haapsalu Old Town. There is a cosy dining place Herman Bistro & Bar on the first floor and accommodations with three romantic attic rooms on the second floor. The rooms have modern amenities such as WC, shower, one room has a bathtub as well, a hairdrier, toiletries, an LCD-TV. From the lobby you can step out onto the balcony, which has a magnificent view overlooking the ancient castle walls. Here you can have a pleasant drink or just enjoy a sunny day.
