The romantic Altmõisa is located 100 km from Tallinn and Pärnu, and 18 km from Haapsalu. Nearby, you will find the sea and the beautiful landscape of Matsalu. Migratory birds fly over the house.

Kullapesa is a unique holiday house in the world – it is located at the top of a 12-metre-high water barrel. The house has a cosy wood-heated sauna and two terraces. Maria’s House is a unique and family-friendly accommodation in the old town of Haapsalu, located in a 150-year-old log house surrounded by a large garden with a playhouse and swings for children.
There are three summer apartments: Gloria (51 m²), Grete (39 m²), and Aurelia (25 m²). Each apartment has a bedroom with a double bed, extra beds for children, a shower, a toilet, and a kitchen or kitchenette with everything you might need.

When restoring the house, we tried to retain its distinctive features, while taking into account modern expectations.

Episcopal castle, the promenade, Ilon’s Wonderland, cafés, shops, playgrounds, swimming areas, and a bus station are about a 5–15-minute walk away.

This Tsarist-era summer home in a quiet residential area of Haapsalu is a great place for a holiday for travellers arriving by car or by bike.
