Parking
Please follow the parking signs and regulations in Haapsalu. The town has both free and paid parking areas, as well as parking zones where the use of a parking disc is required.
At the Haapsalu Shopping Centre parking lot, you can park for up to 2 hours at a time.
Parking starts automatically via a license plate recognition camera, so there is no need to use a parking disc.
If possible, avoid driving in the old town – it has many narrow one-way streets and few options for parking.
We recommend to park in parking lots that are marked with the appropriate signs.
Car parks can be found with the help of Google Maps and Waze.
Caravans are welcome to stay overnight free of charge in the Paralepa Forest and Beach parking areas. These areas are intended for parking only and are not designated for camping or setting up a campsite. Public toilet facilities are available in the Paralepa area.

When travelling by sea
People in Haapsalu and Lääne County have always loved the sea.
You can sail here on your own vessel and enjoy complete freedom of movement.
The following marinas receive small vessels in Haapsalu: Rohuküla, Grand Holm Marina and Westmeri marina.
In Lääne-Nigula, you are welcome at the Port of Dirhami.
On Vormsi, in Sviby Port.
