The Villa Nõva complex has 4 houses: the main house, the sauna house, the guesthouse, and the mill. THE MAIN HOUSE has a large hall for seminars and various events, a fireplace hall, a threshing barn, a large kitchen and bedrooms, and a large yard area. The main house costs €1,200 per day. THE SAUNA HOUSE has a sauna with a wooden heater, a terrace on the shore of a pond, a jacuzzi (€60), a fireplace hall, a kitchen area, and 4 bedrooms (for 17 people in total). The sauna house is for 9 people and costs €390 per day. The GUESTHOUSE has small sauna, a living room with a fireplace, a kitchenette, a bedroom, and a sleeping area on the first floor (for 13 people). The guesthouse is for up to 6 people and costs €190 per day plus an additional €20 for each person. Each house also has an outdoor seating area and barbecue!
